Wild Turkey Breaks Into and Out of Home

Miami Township Police were called for an unusual home invasion. A wild turkey broke through a family’s window. Despite the unexpected visitor, the homeowner was completely practical and videotaped the encounter for insurance purposes. An officer used a net to capture the obviously lost turkey, but the scared bird decided to show itself out. This turkey probably realized it was too close to Thanksgiving to be a house guest!
