Hearse Carrying Vet's Body Makes Dunkin' Donuts Stop
A hearse with the flag-draped coffin of an American hero inside was parked at a Dunkin' Donuts!
Can you believe it? The driver has stopped for a cup of coffee!
Rob Carpenter shot a shocking video which went viral overnight.
In the video he says, "This guy stopped at Dunkin' Donuts. There's a body in the back of the vehicle."
He told INSIDE EDITION, "I was very upset. Very upset, very distraught. I think about that like If that was my dad in the back, or my brother."
Outraged at the disturbing disrespect, he confronted the driver.
He said, "So, I'm like, okay, so you stopped for doughnuts and coffee and you have the body of a dead soldier in the back? They just had no care and just pretty much turned around and rolled the window back up."

Carpenter sent the video to a veterans group and it was posted online. When the president of the funeral home in Clearwater, Florida, watched the video, he fired the driver and another employee who was riding with him.
Jim Rudolph of Veterans Funeral Care said, "That's absolutely terrible. It's not what we do. Absolutely a total lack of respect."
The deceased vet is 84-year-old Lieutenant-Colonel Jesse Coleman who served with distinction in Korea and Vietnam.
His family agrees that he didn't deserve to make his final journey like this.
