Jimmy Fallon Hospitalized With Hand Injury, Cancels Taping
Jimmy Fallon has been hospitalized!
Fallon had to cancel Friday’s taping of The Tonight Show after injuring his left hand.
Fallon suffered the injury after falling inside his Manhattan apartment. A rep for The Tonight Show tells INSIDE EDITION the late night host needed "minor surgery."
His guest Thursday night was Mark Wahlberg. After the show Fallon had dinner at the trendy Italian restaurant Scalinatella on the Upper East Side where he graciously posed for photos with fans.
He reportedly left the restaurant at 9 p.m. and went home. Several hours later the accident occurred.
“Hey guys - unfortunately tonight's taping has been cancelled due to jimmy injuring his hand. He's totally fine but we'll be airing a repeat," said a tweet from The Tonight Show.
