The Tonight Show host, who hurt his other hand just a few months ago, was accepting an award by the Harvard Lampoon in Boston at the time.

Fallon tripped and fell over a girl that was kneeling in front of him.

He went to Massachusetts General Hospital but returned to party on Saturday night at Harvard University.

He posted his injury on Instagram:

The fall was captured on a cell phone by Ryan Schuster.

He told INSIDE EDITION: “He immediately got up and he's like ‘It’s okay, I’m fine. I just need another bottle of Jaeger. Its okay, I’m fine.’”

Over the summer, Fallon nearly ripped his ring finger off when he tripped and fell at his home in June. The injury forced the 41-year-old to cancel a taping of The Tonight Show.
