"I was like, 'oh my god I'm in trouble' because I thought I did something wrong," he recounted to WKMG.

He asked the officers if he could get out of the car and when a female cop asked him what he does for a living, he said he was a singer.

"And she was like, 'well sing me a song,'" he said.

So he grabbed his selfie stick and, with his cellphone recording, he started an incredible performance of "You Are So Beautiful."

Bristol later shared the video to his Facebook page, where it has been viewed more than 70,000 times.
