A wheelchair-bound man was busted after he robbed a Queens, New York bank.
A wheelchair-bound man was arrested after he robbed a bank in Queens, New York on Monday, according to authorities.

Kelvin Dennison, 23, entered a TD Bank in Sunnyside on Monday and handed a teller a note the read: “Give me $20,000. I have a bomb. I will shoot,” and was given an undisclosed sum of money, according to authorities.
He was later arrested.
Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said in a statement: “The defendant did not allow his disability to hinder him from breaking the law or frightening a bank employee by claiming that he was armed with a bomb and a firearm.”
The DA's office told INSIDE EDITION that Dennison has not entered a plea. He is waiting to be arraigned but no court date has yet been set.
According to the DA, Dennison has been charged with third-degree robbery charges.
This is not the first time he's been in trouble with the law. Over the summer he allegedly handed another teller at a different bank a note that read: “Give me all you have. I have a gun."

In that case, he avoided prison and entered a year-long inpatient mental health program in September and was required to stay for at least a year. He reportedly did not follow the program's rules and was discharged in December.
