Man Arrested on Drugs Charges While Wearing a 'Don't Meth With Me' T-Shirt

A Texas man was arrested for drugs possession while wearing a "Don't Meth With Me" T-shirt.

Adrian Pounders showed off his unfortunate fashion choice while posing for a mug shot following his January 3 arrest.

Incredibly, the shirt's phrase is actually the slogan for an anti-meth campaign in Texas.

The campaign's website reads: "Join us as we work to keep our community free of this harmful drug, and tell the world 'Don't Meth with Me!'"

The 47-year-old was arrested on possession charges after police in Crockett executed a search warrant at his home and found methamphetamine and "numerous items of drug paraphernalia," the department said.

They were tipped off about the alleged stash after a passenger in a traffic stop told an officer that Pounders was selling illegal drugs from his home, according to authorities.

He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pounders also faces charges of endangering a child because his 13-year-old son was living at home at the time, police said.

The Houston County Jail confirmed Pounders is still being held on $20,000 bail.
