Dr. Michael Salzhauer is known to many as “Dr. Miami” and his show, posted on Snapchat, is a sensation with college students.

The 44-year-old doctor posts raw, uncensored video of his surgeries and college students can't stop watching. A million people tune in each day.
Dr. Miami told IE: "I think the Snapchat demystifies the plastic surgery process and also, takes the stigma off it."
One patient, Stephanie Amez, got a breast reduction and butt lift. The entire procedure appeared on Snapchat.
Amez told IE: "I want other people to see my results. My before and after. Everybody has a different body, so some people can relate and say: 'Oh, my body looks like her's. That is how the outcome will be.'"

IE was with students at Queens College in New York City as they watched the surgery.
"He puts on a show for us, it's not just surgery, it's entertaining," said one student.
