The $90 cup of joe is brewed from a bean called Kopi Luwak and it is harvested from cat excrement.

The Indonesian civet cat eats coffee cherries after they come off a coffee tree and after the feline relieves itself, the seeds from the cherries are dried and roasted into beans.

The cup of coffee is said to be the rarest in the world.

The price of Kopi Luwak may seem pretty outrageous for coffee, but exclusive and expensive ways to get a cup are growing in popularity.

Starbucks is getting in on the pricey coffee craze with a new chain of high end stores.

"They are also looking to cultivate the high end consumer," Fox Business anchor Trish Regan, host of The Intelligence Report, told Inside Edition: "Starbucks have become pretty mainstream. It started out as a luxury item, they want to exploit that even more."

One Starbucks store in Manhattan even goes by another name.

Starbucks Reserve, where the coffee starts at $4-a-cup and is brewed to order by the siphon method, a technique that actually dates back to the 1800s. If that technique is used, the coffee price goes up to $10.
