The photos reportedly show Watson in a fitting room trying on several bikinis.

"Photos from a clothes-fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen. They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed," a rep for the actress told Inside Edition in a statement.

The personal crisis for the 26-year-old star comes just as the live action remake to the Disney animated hit is about to open. The film is expected to break box office records.

In addition, actress Amanda Seyfried says she has also been victimized after photos showing her in an intimate moment with former boyfriend, Justin Long, were leaked to the same website.

“Several very private photographs of [Amanda] Seyfried either in various states of nudity or in intimate moments with her former boyfriend have been reproduced," a statement read.

Seyfried is now expecting a child with her current boyfriend, actor Thomas Sadoski.

Meanwhile, new details about a sex tape starring Mischa Barton with her ex-boyfriend have emerged.

In new court papers the former O.C. star accuses her ex, Jon Zacharias, of shopping around the secretly recorded sex tape.

"Jon Zacharias recorded me having sex with him, taking a shower, and took other naked pictures of me without my permission or knowledge. Jon is trying to sell those tapes without my permission for $500,000," Barton said in court documents.

On Wednesday, Barton and her attorney held a press conference where they announced they had a court order blocking the sale of the tape.
