On His Day Off This Barber Cuts Hair for Homeless - See the Transformations!

One barber took his only day off and opted to do something good for the homeless on it.
Nasir Sobhani is known as "The Streets Barber" and on his one day off every week, he hits the streets to help homeless people by giving them haircuts, transforming their appearance and their emotions.
PLGRM created a documentary about Nasir's generosity The Streets Barber not only cuts people's hair, but he also talks to them about their situations and explains his past drug addiction.

He told one client, “I had to go into rehab and after rehab my family sat me down and said, ‘You should do what you love doing.’ That is cutting hair. This is why I started cutting hair. I love it so much; it is my new way of getting high. It is my new drug. I will do it six days a week and on the seventh day, I am like, ‘I might as well do it on the streets.’”

Nasir hopes that by helping the homeless, it will show them that someone cares and that it could motivate them to turn their life around. His Instagram page is filled with other transformations he has done.
