Furious customers have been sharing images of their sunburn they say they suffered after wearing ineffective sunscreen from Jessica Alba's Honest Company.
Actress Jessica Alba is at the center of a firestorm over her billion-dollar, all-natural household products company.
Some of her customers say they've been burned -- literally!

Lindsy Marshall posted a photo to Instagram after using Alba's Honest Company sunscreen, saying, “Second time I’ve tried this stuff and got fried.”
Alba took INSIDE EDITION behind the scenes at Honest Company in 2012. She said her products have none of the toxic chemicals found in the big brands.
“The toxic chemicals that they use in these products are linked to things like cancer, and ADHD,” she said.
Alba was on the cover of Forbes magazine in June after her company was valued at $1 billion. But some customers say Alba's sunscreen just doesn't work because it may not contain enough of the chemicals that block out the sun.
A mom complained: “I will never use your sunscreen again. After applying it liberally every hour, my baby girl is burnt. Not happy!”
Another unhappy customer tweeted: “I got sunburnt and I was outside with organic Honest Co sunscreen on for less than an hour.”
Dermatologist Doris Day told INSIDE EDITION, "Using sunscreen is a great measure to protect your skin, but sometimes it's just not enought by itself."
We showed Alba's sunscreen to Day. "You'd have to pile this on more than would be comfortable and really looks super, super white, and most parents may not be using enough of it," she said.
Alba's company said in a statement:"The Honest Company is committed to providing safe and effective products and take all consumer feedback very seriously. Our Sunscreen Lotion was tested, by an independent 3rd party, against the protocols prescribed by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration's (FDA) monograph for over-the-counter sunscreen products.

"The results showed that our product is effective and safe for use as an 80 minute water-resistant (FDA's highest rating), SPF 30 sunscreen lotion in accordance with FDA regulations when used as directed (Shake Well. Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours).
"We stand behind the safety and efficacy of this product."
