Marty McFly and Doc Brown Visit 2015 on 'Kimmel,' Say It 'Sucks'

Marty McFly and Doc Brown paid Jimmy Kimmel a visit in 2015 and said that the era 'sucks.'

Marty McFly and Doc Brown landed in the future on Wednesday - and they didn’t like what they saw.

The duo arrived in their DeLorean on Jimmy Kimmel’s stage last night, which was October 21, 2015, the exact day featured in Back to the Future Part II.

Reprising their roles as their famous characters, Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd got out of the DeLorean to check out their surroundings.

Doc Brown asked the late night host: “What happened to Johnny Carson?”

Kimmel had to break the news that Carson died and caught them up on what happened in the last 30 years. He also explained how we do not have flying cars, hover boards, and still no peace in the Middle East and of course, how the Cubs probably will not win the World Series.

Marty then told the Doc: “It seems like 2015 kinda sucks.”

Kimmel got the movie characters to take their first selfie and introduced them to a smartphone.

As they were learning about life in this era, the Doc believed he and Marty travelled to an alternate 2015 and went back to 1985 and figure out where things went wrong.

Once the show continued, Michael J. Fox returned as himself to speak with Kimmel and showed off one thing that Back to the Future Part II did predict – “power lace” Nike Air Mag sneakers.

Fox debuted the sneakers on the show and even posted a Facebook video of him trying them on.

The sneakers go up for auction next year and all of the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation which helps conduct research into Parkinson's Disease which Fox suffers from.

Fox’s non-profit said they hope to "raise even more than the $9.4 million collected in 2011, and contribute in some way to eliminating Parkinson’s Disease in our lifetime!"
