Carly Fiorina to Face 'The View' Hosts After They Said Her Smile Looked 'Demented'

The GOP presidential hopeful will appear on the show on Friday after the hosts slammed her debate performance.

Presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina will appear on The View this Friday after the cohosts mocked her smile at last week's GOP debate.

Last Thursday, The View’s Michelle Collins said Fiorina “looked demented” when she was asked what her greatest weakness was during the debate on CNBC.

Joy Behar also chimed in: “She was like a Halloween mask.”

Fiorina told Fox News on Sunday: “It will not stop me. It will not scare me and maybe the ladies of The View, if I come back on again, let's see if they have the guts to say that to my face.”

On Monday, Whoopi Goldberg announced that the GOP candidate has agreed to appear on The View.

Whoopi delivered this zinger, aimed directly at the candidate: “You have to know the difference between when somebody's coming for you and when somebody is paying you a compliment and when somebody is saying, ‘Here's my observation.’ If you can get that together maybe you can be president.”

While The View ladies and Fiorina battle it out, Donald Trump and comedian John Oliver are also engaged in a war of words.

Appearing on CBS This Morning on Friday, Oliver said he would never have Trump as a guest on his HBO show, Last Week Tonight.

“I haven't really got anything to say to him. There's nothing he has said everything wants got to say,” Oliver said. “He has no internal monologue, that man, so it's not like you are going to find the secret nugget he's been holding back. He's an open book that book doesn't have many interesting words in it.”

Trump tried to turn the tables on Twitter:

.@thehill John Oliver had his people call to ask me to be on his very boring and low rated show. I said "NO THANKS" Waste of time & energy!

But Oliver is having the last word for now as he tweeted from the show’s account on Sunday:

A couple of points... 1. Yes, we have a boring show. 2. At no point did we invite Donald Trump to appear on it.
