According to the Naples Daily News, the Florida Highway Patrolman who pulled DeJesus over after clocking his speed at 109mph first noticed he was wearing no shirt.
The patrolman said he then noticed a 12-pack of Corona. Upon asking Dejesus to step out the car, the patrolman said he realized the suspect was naked.
While trying to put on his pants, DeJesus nearly fell to the ground, according to the police report.
Inside the car, the DeJesus allegedly had a nearly empty bottle of whiskey.
DeJesus was taken into custody and has since been charged with DUI and driving without a valid license, according to arrest records.
DeJesus posted $6,000 bond and was released. He's due for a court appearance on Dec. 30.
