Sisters of Sandy Hook Victim Vicki Soto Remember the Teacher Who Saved Her Students
The family of Victoria Soto, who perished in the Sandy Hook tragedy while protecting her students remember their hero.
Three years ago when Adam Lanza walked into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, tragically shooting 20 students and six teachers, one of his victims was teacher Victoria Soto, who died trying to shield her students from the gunmen.
On a tribute page for Victoria Soto, her sisters posted:
Her sisters Jillian and Carly are fighting for tougher gun control laws.
Jillian told INSIDE EDITION after attack: “My sister died protecting her students and she wouldn’t have done anything differently and I know that.”
“We have to honor them for fighting for them just as much as they fought for these kids,” Carlee added.
