The View Fight: Round 2
After a heated exchange on The View, Bill O'Reilly and Joy Behar took to their own talk shows to continue the argument. INSIDE EDITION has more.
Joy Behar and Bill O'Reilly continued their heated war of words after the explosive confrontation live on The View.
Behar is still bashing O'Reilly, telling PopEater, "He's an idiot. I just couldn't sit there any longer and listen to him."
O'Reilly and Behar spoke out about the fiery daytime drama on their respective talk shows, The O'Reilly Factor and The Joy Behar Show.
"I enjoy jousting with the View ladies because, with the exception of Elisabeth Hasselbeck, they don't see it my way and I want their audience to hear both sides."
"I thought he was saying something that I construe as hate speech," said Behar.
Their show guests joined in with their own harsh jabs.
"He's a spineless puke," said former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura of O'Reilly.
"They embarrassed themselves, walking off their own set, that was embarrassing!" Laura Ingraham told O'Reilly.
O'Reilly offered this explanation for his obnoxious crack to Behar that helped ignite the on-air fireworks: "Listen to me because you'll learn!"
"She was yapping, so I had to get her attention. I am often offensive, I think everyone knows that," he said.
View co-host Sherri Shepherd is still recovering from the fight. She tweeted: "In Atlanta @ The 2010 Boys & Girls Statesmen's Dinner- emceeing-can't wait 2C the kids! After Bill O'Reilly I need 2C kids to give me joy!"
