More than 50 women have accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them in episodes dating as far back as the 1960s. He is currently awaiting trial in Pennsylvania on sexual assault charges, the first criminal counts filed against him.
Cosby's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the charges and after a two-day hearing last week, Judge Steven O'Neill rejected it. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 8.
The 78-year-old comedian had denied any wrongdoing.
