Tina Fey brought out her spot-on Sarah Palin impersonation to the delight of David Letterman and his studio audience. INSIDE EDITION has the details.
Tina Fey is back at it, dusting off her spot-on impression of Sarah Palin.
"She's extra sassy these days too because all her mama grizzlies are winnin' and they're bustin' through that glass ceiling and the mama grizzlies are going to Washington and they're gonna flip your picnic table, Dave," said Fey, in character, during an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman.
The comedian didn't miss a beat, though she told David Letterman she was out of practice doing the Palin impersonation, which she famously perfected during the 2008 presidential campaign.
Fey took a swipe at her look-a-like political powerhouse after seeing her on Fox News.
"[On] Fox News, they address her as 'Governor' Palin, which is like calling me 'Dairy Queen employee'...I was once, but I quit!" she told Letterman.
Palin's political future was a topic of conversation when Meghan McCain sat down with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show.
"Do you think she will run in 2012?" Leno asked.
"Oh yeah, hell yeah. She's getting that ready right now, of course [...] That girl is running for president," McCain said.
She also said the upcoming reality show, Sarah Palin's Alaska, could impact Palin's chances
"The reality show is really going to be a make or break...I also think it's just unpresidential to do the reality show," said McCain.
She also blasted President Obama for doing a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest on Election Day.
"I'm one of the people that still holds the office of the presidency very seriously, and I think it's kind of trashy," McCain told Leno.
Seacrest fired back at McCain, who has also appeared on his show. "I just want to be clear, it is the lowbrow show that she wanted to come on twice to promote her stuff," he said.
Meanwhile, Sarah Palin's archrival, Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, spoke out on the Today show about Palin running for the presidency in 2012.
"I'm looking for somebody that has a breadth of experience, not only within government but just truly a worldly approach, and I don't think Sarah Palin has that," said Murkowski.
