"Why didn't I get to go?" the 4-year-old from Missouri says through sobs after finding out her parents went to place a ballot without her.
When her parents asked who she wanted to vote for, little Aliyah responded, "you guys."
In the video, her mother Kyla Patient explains that only people over the age of 18 are allowed to vote, to which Aliyah responds, despondently, "I know."
"I'm glad to see a lot of younger kids are taking more of a responsibility to vote," Patient told InsideEdition.com. "I hope she stays that enthusiastic as she gets older, and takes on learning about the different candidates and what they stand for."
But, Aliyah announces to the camera that she's "ready" to cast her ballot.
In another video, when Patient asks her daughter who she would vote for, Aliyah responded: "Donald Trunk!"
"We showed her pictures of all the candidates," Patient told IE.com, but insists she didn't influence her daughter's decision. "She didn't know who made it to the primary, and I don't think she has any idea who we voted for."
