Former New York Senator Hillary Clinton Struggles to Swipe Her Subway MetroCard
The struggle is real.
Clinton had difficulty swiping her MetroCard at one the city’s subway turnstiles and the incident was caught on camera.
Once footage hit the airwaves, Twitter users had a field day.

If it is any consolation, many fulltime city dwellers struggle with the swipe as well.
Clinton took a dig at former Brooklynite Bernie Sanders who said in a recent Daily News interview that in order to ride the subway “you get a token and you get in."
The city has not had tokens since 2003.
“I think it was my first term when we changed from tokens to MetroCards,” Clinton said.
