Carly Fiornia came out singing after she was announced as Ted Cruz's running mate.
Carly Fiorina was so excited to be named as Ted Cruz’s running mate that she broke out into song.
Fiorina, who dropped her own bid for the Republican nomination in February, accepted Cruz's running mate offer on Wednesday in Indianapolis.
While speaking about how excited she is to be making another run for the White House, she began singing about Cruz's daughters, Caroline and Catherine.
“I know two girls that I just adore. I’m so happy I can see them more,” Fiorina sang in a lullaby tone. “‘Cause we travel on the bus all day, we get to play, we get to play.”
Twitter lit up with Fiorina's singing.
Cruz and his new running mate were in Indiana to drum up support ahead of Tuesday’s primary.
GOP frontrunner Donald Trump took to Twitter once he heard the news of Cruz’s pick for veep.
