Channing Venditti was playing in the same spot where Lane was pulled away by the gator.
The boy’s mother, Jennifer, posted the pictures on Facebook Wednesday.
In the post, she wrote: “I took these pics at the exact spot this happened betw 8 & 830, the incident happened at 9. Helicopters flew overhead til 1 am and were back around dawn. I can't imagine anyone could sleep knowing that the helicopter was searching for a missing child taken by an alligator. I can't help but wonder if we played with him, did I talk to his Mom?”
She told Inside Edition: “It could have easily been us. Shocked it wasn’t us. I question why it wasn’t him, why did that tragedy happen to another family when it could have been me?”
Jennifer added that she is praying for the Graves family.
