Joe Biden vs. the 3-Year-Old

Vice President Joe Biden went toe-to-toe with a toddler during Senator Ron Wyden's swearing in ceremony. INSIDE EDITION has the details.
It was a showdown in the Senate! Vice President Joe Biden versus a 3-year-old kid.
It happened at the swearing-in of Oregon Senator Ron Wyden. The Vice President was trying to entice the Senator's wandering toddler.
"Hey William, will you hold this for me?" the Vice President asked him.
But afterwards little William Wyden didn't want to give back the goods!
That's when Biden put decades of honing his political skills to the test. He played a game of bait and switch and distracted William with a mint.
And there was another standoff in the House of Representatives as the 3-year-old daughter of incoming Illinois Representative Bobby Schilling refused to pose for a photo with her family and the new Speaker of the House, John Boehner.
