Kelsey Grammer's Marriage May Be Delayed

Kelsey Grammer may have to postpone his marriage as his estranged wife Camille makes a move that could drag out their divorce. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.

Camille Grammar is trying to put the brakes on her estranged Kelsey Grammar's marriage to his new fiance.
In just filed court papers Camille asks a judge to deny Kelsey's request to dissolve their 13 year marriage while they continue battling over their 120 million dollar estate.
Camille writes in the court papers, "It is my understanding that (Kelsey) is seeking to terminate the marriage solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible."I don't believe that is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to our estate."
The Frasier star appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman Thursday night and sounded resolute about his plans for a quickie divorce from Camille, so he can tie the knot with Kayte Walsh soon.
"Kate's my new girl and we're planning on getting married soon," Kelsey says on the Late Show.
Letterman asks, "Oh you're getting married soon?"
"Sometime in February," Kelsey responds.
During the interview 29 -year-old Walsh beamed and waved from the green room cuddled up to Kelsey and Camille's two children.
Camille also opened up about the nasty split last night on Bravo's watch what happens live. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about meeting her husband's new love for the first time earlier that day.
"Today I met Kayte it was interesting to say the least. She was nice, we both said hello, she has a very strong handshake," Camille explained.
The hearing on camilles request to delay the marriage will take place on the January 26th.
