Mohammad Nestor Robinson was shot to death after he was accused of not holding a door for another diner at McDonald's.
A Las Vegas man, regarded by relatives as a hard-working and polite dad who avoided confrontation, was shot to death after he was accused of not holding a restaurant door for another diner, according to reports.
Mohammad Nestor Robinson, 31, had stopped at a McDonald’s during his lunch break Saturday when a woman confronted him for not holding a door open for her as she left behind him, loved ones told KVVU-TV.
“The door closed before she could get out and what happened is she said a few choice words to him,” Robinson’s mother told the television station.

A man at the eatery with the woman confronted Robinson in the parking lot, where the pair argued before the unidentified man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the victim multiple times, authorities said.
Robinson was rushed to University Medical Center, but he could not be saved and died Sunday.
“The love of my life was taken from me,” his girlfriend wrote on a GoFundMe Page created to offset funeral costs and medical bills for their 3-month-old child currently suffering from sepsis.

“Mohammad was a loving, caring, hardworking father of four and step dad to two who did anything and everything he could to support his family,” she wrote.
She told KSNV her boyfriend was considerate of everyone he encountered, saying: “He [had] the utmost respect for his elders. Yes, ma’am, no sir. He’s not confrontational, even when we’d argue he’d walk away.”
No arrests have been made in the shooting.
