Guess Trump's Weight! Republican Candidate Reveals Health Stats on 'Dr. Oz'
Donald Trump's vitals were discussed after his physical last week.
In the wake of Hillary Clinton's recent health scares, some of Donald Trump’s medical records have been released to Dr. Mehmet Oz, as the TV physician sits down with the real estate mogul for a discussion on his health.
Trump informed Dr. Oz that he weighs 236 pounds, according to audience members who attended the taping Wednesday.
Trump, who stands at 6 foot 3 inches, admitted to Dr. Oz that he would like to lose "15 to 20 pounds."
"There was a little bit of a discussion about his weight. Donald Trump admitted that he wanted to work on it himself," one audience member said.
Another added: "They only thing that discovered was that his body mass index was a little on the high side, but otherwise, Dr. Oz was pleased."
Inside Edition asked Dr. Travis Stork, co-host of The Doctors, about Trump's weight.
"If you are 6’2” to 6’3”, in an ideal world, you would be looking at your weight to be at a maximum of 200 pounds. Nowadays, it is... your waist circumference compared to anything else," he said.
Trump's body mass is 29.5. That means he's just a smidge below a classification as obese, which is 30 or above, according to the CDC Body Mass Index Calculator.
The physical was performed last week by his Trump's personal doctor — Harold Bornstein — who grabbed headlines last year when he wrote an over-the-top letter claiming the billionaire "will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."
In the Dr. Oz appearance, the 70-year-old Trump defended his love of fast food and said he exercises by playing golf and working up a sweat at campaign appearances.
