Sherri Shepherd's Ex Says Enough is Enough

Jeff Tarpley, ex-husband of The View co-host Sherri Shepherd, is saying he's had enough. In an open letter posted on his web site, Tarpley says he wants Shepherd to stop bashing him on the air. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
The View's Sherri Shepherd talks about her ex-husband often, and mostly he's the butt of her jokes.
Now, Shepherd's ex, Jeff Tarpley, is saying "enough is enough!" He posted an open letter on RadarOnline, saying he's sick of being "the guy Sherri Shepherd always bashes." He says her digs at him are "hurtful, misguided and spiteful."
It's been five years since Shepherd and Tarpley split up. The marriage was rocky; Tarpley had a child with another woman while he was still married to Shepherd.
The actress has even used her-ex's infidelity as a storyline on her Lifetime sitcom Sherri.
Tarpley wrote: "Sherri Shepherd has used every opportunity at her disposal to rehash my mistakes, comparing me to John Gosselin, Tiger Woods, Charlie Sheen, David Letterman, Eliot Spitzer and, most recently, John Edwards on a recent taping of The View."
Shepherd has been reinventing herself as a woman thriving after a bitter divorce. She's lost 40 pounds and is actively looking for a new guy in her life.
Shepherd and Tarpley have a 4-year-old son, Jeffrey.
