Give Her Regards to Broadway: Stars Raise Over $2M for Clinton Campaign While Bashing Trump
The fundraiser comes as new FBI documents reveal her security detail did not like working for her while she was Secretary of State.
It was a star-studded evening on Broadway as the “Stronger Together” fundraiser took place Monday night to raise money for Hillary Clinton.

Funnyman Billy Crystal kicked off the night in a song and dance number that skewered Donald Trump.
His number included the lines: “No racist baiting, no Muslim hating, pantsuits for everyone, it's Hillary tonight. No border walls, no Russian pacts, everyone here has paid federal tax."
Crystal also told the audience at the St. James Theater: “Our goal tonight is simple: We need to raise more money than Donald Trump lost in 1995. He's the human form of the hurricane season: Starts out with a lot of hot air, gets you spinning out of control and hits America and causes a lot of damage and panic. But it’s completely over by November.”
He later added: “He's like a 7-Eleven: He's open 24 hours and he's trying to sell us crap that we don't want.”
Broadway's two original Annies — Sarah Jessica Parker and Andrea McCardle — also performed. Other stars at the event included Hugh Jackman, Sienna Miller, Matthew Broderick, Julia Roberts, Lena Dunham, Helen Mirren, Jon Hamm, Neil Patrick Harris and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Hillary was not at the event, but her husband, Bill, and daughter, Chelsea, attended.
The festivities raised more than $2 million for the Clinton campaign.
The event comes as the Democratic presidential candidate faces more embarrassing fallout from her email scandal, namely that her State Department security detail reportedly "despised" working for her.
According to recently released FBI documents, her protective detail was so contemptuous of Clinton that many of them sought reassignment or employment elsewhere.

In the documents, the FBI said: “Prior to CLINTON’s tenure, being an agent on the Secretary of State’s protective detail was seen as an honor and privilege reserved for senior agents. However, by the end of CLINTON’s tenure, it was staffed largely with new agents because it was difficult to find senior agents willing to work for her.”
The documents also reveal: “CLINTON disregarded security and diplomatic protocols, occasionally without regard for the safety of her staff and protection detail, in order to gain favorable press.”
