"Just wanted to thank you for leaving your car parked overnight," read the note, written by Jay McLean, manager of Original Joe's Pub and Restaurant. "I'm not sure if you had consumed alcohol at our restaurant or not, but we wanted to thank you for not drinking and driving."

Grezlak-Schultz was a pound of chicken wings richer with her newfound coupon for free wings.

"The note would have sufficed, but the credit for hot wings was an even nicer surprise," she said.
