Billy Ray Cyrus Says Hannah Montana Destroyed His Family

The country music singer says the TV show that launched his daughter Miley to stardom is partly to blame for his family falling apart. INSIDE EDITION has the scoop.
There are strong words from Billy Ray Cyrus, who blames his daughter Miley's hit TV show, Hannah Montana, for breaking up his famous family.
"The damn show destroyed my family," said Cyrus.
The country music singer tells the March issue of GQ magazine he wishes the show that launched Miley to superstardom had never happened.
Cyrus continued, "I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, heck yeah. I'd erase it all in a second if I could."
Cyrus, who is divorcing his wife Tish, appears in the magazine sitting on a kitchen counter in a black t-shirt. He says he blames Miley's handlers for the recent scandals that have shaken her wholesome image, including that notorious video of her smoking a bong.
"I'm scared for her," Cyrus tells GQ. "She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm."
