The alleged incident took place in September after the teen was pulled over.

Two NYPD cops have been charged after an 18-year-old claimed she was raped inside of a police van when officers arrested her last month.

Officers Eddie Martins and Richard Hall, who are narcotics detectives, have been charged with first-degree rape and are expected to turn themselves in later this week, Fox News reported.

The teen’s attorney, Michael David, previously told InsideEdition.com that his client was driving in Calvert Vaux Park in Coney Island on Sept. 15 with two friends when two plainclothes detectives in a black van pulled them over.

David said one of the friends had some pills on him and a prescription, but detectives allegedly told them to leave, reports said.

Officers then reportedly took the 18-year-old in a police van to a nearby Chipotle parking lot and allegedly forced her to perform a sex act on both of them. The girl later told police that one of the detectives raped her.

The officers then allegedly dropped the girl off blocks away from the 60th Precinct.

The detectives initially claimed the the sex was consensual, CBS reported.

“She’s being brutalized twice here. First they rape her, she’s kidnapped, she’s raped and she’s thrown into the street, then they go ahead and victimize her again by saying it was consensual,” David said.

The cops would face a mandatory minimum of three years in prison and a maximum of 25 years, if convicted.

Martins and Hall have been suspended without pay.
