Man Arrested After Licking Teen's Knee and Touching Woman During Flight: Cops

Glenn Chase Dove allegedly bent over to lick the 17-year-old girl's knee and then fondled her, FBI said.

A 33-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly groped a teenager and touched a woman during a flight from Mexico to Detroit, authorities said.

It wasn’t long into Delta Flight 512 on July 2 before Glenn Chase Dove allegedly began putting his face very close to the 17-year-old girl sitting next to him, eventually bending over to lick her knee, FBI Special Agent Kyle Dodge wrote in a criminal complaint first obtained by The Detroit News.

Dove then allegedly placed his hand on the teen’s breast and laughed when she slapped his hand away, saying that it was a joke, the complaint said.

He continued to stare at the girl and after a few minutes, he allegedly squeezed her breast at least three more times, ignoring her pleas to stop and that his behavior was not funny, according to the court document.

The girl turned away from Dove to protect herself, but didn’t tell a flight attendant because she was afraid he would hurt her or someone else, she told police.

A 24-year-old woman seated across the aisle from Dove and the teen told police that one point he also ran his hand up the outside of her leg as she returned to her seat, the complaint said.

Two fliers seated in the same row as Dove and his two alleged victims who saw some of the incident and that the teen was crying asked a flight attendant to move the girl’s seat.

One of the witnesses sat with the distraught teen until they landed in Detroit, the complaint said.

Dove was charged on November 29 with abusive sexual contact. He was released on $10,000 bond.

If convicted, he faces up to two years in prison.

It was revealed in court that Dove has prior convictions for domestic violence, driving under the influence and obstruction of justice, WXYZ reported.
