Sarah Palin is lashing out at Kathy Griffin, calling her a "50-year-old adult bully" and a "has-been comedienne." INSIDE EDITION has the details.
It's war! Sarah Palin has called out Kathy Griffin over her non-stop jokes about the Palin family.
"She's a 50-year-old adult bully, really is what she is, a has-been comedienne," said Palin. "Her New Year's resolution is to destroy my 16-year-old daughter. That takes it a little too far. Kathy, pick on me. Come up to Alaska and pick on me, but leave my kids alone."
In response to Palin's stinging remarks, Griffin tweeted: "U made my day!"
Meanwhile, Mike Huckabee now denies he meant to attack Best Actress winner Natalie Portman for having a baby out of wedlock.
"I did not attack her and I did not slam her as some news reports gushed. In fact, I think she is a great actor and I think she deserved her Oscar®," Huckabee said.
The potential presidential candidate had made this comment on radio after Portman's Oscar® win:
"One of the things that's troubling is that people see a Natalie Portman or some other Hollywood starlet who boasts of, 'Hey look, you know, we're having children, we're not married.' "
But Twitter is abuzz over Huckabee's support for another unwed mother, none other than Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol.
Back in 2008, Huckabee, like Palin a conservative Republican, commented to The Atlantic Magazine about the pregnant and unwed teenager, "It ought to be a reminder that here is a family that loves one another [...] I'm grateful for the way she's being supported by her family."
"Mike Huckabee rips Natalie Portman for having a child 'out of wedlock' but is fine with Bristol Palin having a child 'out of wedlock," one person tweeted.
The View's Sherri Shepherd called Huckabee's comments "a little bit hypocritical."
