Elvis, Is That You? Photo of Elderly Man at Graceland Raises Speculation That The King Lives
It has long been speculated that Elvis Presley faked his death in an effort to escape the limelight.
For some suspicious minds, Elvis never really left the building — and a new photo has conspiracy theorists buzzing.
A tall man with white hair, a long beard and dark sunglasses was recently seen at Elvis' Graceland estate on what would have been the King of Rock and Roll's 82nd birthday.
Some claim he looks just as the "All Shook Up" singer would have looked as an elderly man.
“Yes the truth is getting out!” one excited fan posted on social media.
Another wrote: “Elvis is alive!”
A Facebook group called "Evidence Elvis Presley is Alive," which has more than 16,000 supporters who believe the “Hound Dog” musician is still kicking, are behind the theory.
The popular belief is that the rock and roll pioneer died in 1977 of a heart attack at age 42. However, many insist he faked his own death to escape the limelight.
