Troll-tal Recall: Trump Again Slams Schwarzenegger on 'Apprentice' Ratings in Twitter Rant
Trump celebrated two weeks as president by mocking 'The Terminator' actor once again.
The president, who is just two weeks into his White House term and currently the executive producer of the reality TV competition, slammed The Terminator actor on Twitter early Friday morning.
It was his second attack on the former "Governator" in as many days.
Yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger did a really bad job as Governor of California and even worse on the Apprentice...but at least he tried hard!February 3, 2017
He said the Austrian-born actor and bodybuilder “did a really bad job” when he was California’s governor and “even worse” as host of the NBC show.
The remark came just a day after Trump spoke at the annual National Prayer Service Breakfast and asked the congregation to pray for the Predator actor’s ratings.
"They hired a big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place," Trump said at the annual event. "And we know how that turned out. The ratings went right down the tubes.
"It's been a total disaster and I just want to pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings."
The former Mr. Olympia then rebutted with a video posted to his Twitter account, telling Trump they should swap roles.
"Hey Donald, I have a great idea," Schwarzenegger says in the video. "Why don't we switch jobs? You take over TV because you're such an expert at ratings, and I take your job, and people can finally sleep comfortably again."
