Bouncing Back: Britney Spears' Niece Seen Playing Basketball Weeks After Near-Deadly ATV Accident
Maddie's recovery has been nothing short of miraculous.
Britney Spears' niece is out shooting baskets less than two weeks a horrifying off road vehicle accident.
Her mom, Jamie Lynn Spears, posted the video online that shows Maddie scoring one basket after another.
Jamie Lynn posted the video Tuesday with the caption, “#GodIsGood,” as her 8-year-old daughter performed drills in her first basketball practice.
Last week, the medics who treated Maddie told Inside Edition about their efforts to save her when her ATV plunged into a lake and wound up upside down.
Victoria Ragoonath and John Fortner said that when they were finally able to get her out of the ATV, and to dry ground, they quickly began CPR. She did not have a pulse and was not breathing.
They said the situation felt like an eternity, but in reality was only about 10 minutes.
They raced to rendezvous with a medevac helicopter, and as the situation seemed grim, Maddie began showing signs of life.
