She explained her absence to Sean Hannity on Wednesday night.
Conway was the opening speaker at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Washington.
She was also front and center on Fox & Friends Thursday morning. On the night before, she appeared on Hannity, offering the Fox News host a strange explanation for her absence from television.
"I don't think I have to explain myself if I’m not going to go on TV for a week," Conway told Sean Hannity. "If I’m out with four kids for three days looking at houses and schools — a lot of my colleagues aren’t trying to figure out how to be a mother of four kids, I assure you."
Conway was reportedly banned from TV after a series of head-scratching moments which included an infamous reference to the Bowling Green Massacre, an attack that never happened, as well as her endorsement of Ivanka Trump’s clothing line during a live TV interview.
MSNBC's Joe Scarborough even told Stephen Colbert on The Late Show Wednesday that Conway is no longer welcome on his show, Morning Joe, saying, "It got to the point that every time Kellyanne said something, five minutes later it turned out to be false."
Howard Kurtz, host of Fox News’ Media Buzz, told Inside Edition: "Kellyanne had been just as aggressive when she returned to TV as when she left, because her boss, Donald Trump, is taking aim at the mainstream media."
