Man Wearing 'Drunk Lives Matter' T-Shirt Arrested for DUI
It was fate.
Newville police pulled over Elwood Gutshall after they say he was committing multiple traffic violations while driving and pulled him over.
“After subsequent investigation it was determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol beyond what he could safely operate a motor vehicle,” the department said in a statement.
Gutshall’s blood-alcohol level was 0.217, police said.
He was charged with DUI highest rate and other traffic violations.
Gutshall was still wearing the t-shirt as he posed for his mugshot.
