Chowder, a 3-year-old Chow Chow living in Manila, Philippines, is so fluffy he looks exactly like his favorite stuffed animals.
In fact, his owners told InsideEdition.com he is often mistaken for a bear on the streets.
“When people see him in the mall, the usual reactions are, ‘[he] looks like a bear,’" his owners said. “He started to pick up quite a following.”
His thick coat of fur for which he has achieved stardom is brushed every day, his owners said. Chowder also gets weekly baths and monthly grooming.
“When he is at home he likes to people watch through the window and watch cars and other pets pass by,” his owners said. “He also loves strolling outside or at the mall where it's cold.”

Even though Chowder has racked up quite the following on social media, his owner said he doesn’t let the fame get to his head.
“He has no idea what’s going on,” they said. “He just lounges around and does his daily routines having no idea that he is being photographed and videoed.”
