He's wearing his usual bow tie. The setting is Las Vegas.

Inside the elevator are young women in bikinis, twerking and acting silly while taking a Snapchat video.

The scantily clad women see Nye, and begin to screech and scream.

"No!" "No!" "Oh my God!" the women exclaim.

"Bill Nye just walked into our elevator while I [was] Snapchatting," one of them posted.

Nye smiled and gave a little wave.

On social media, naturally, the clip went viral.
