Casey Anthony's Legal Woes Continue

Casey Anthony may be facing another legal battle from a woman who believes her late son is the father of Caylee Anthony. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
Casey Anthony may be walking out of jail this weekend, but her legal troubles aren't over yet.
She may face another trial over her daughter's death; this time in civil court.
Donna MacLean says she is considering a wrongful death lawsuit. She's already hired famed attorney John Q. Kelly, who won $33 million in damages in a similar wrongful death civil suit against O.J. Simpson.
MacLean believes her late son is the mystery man who fathered little Caylee.
"I have no doubt [he was the father]," she said.
That would make her Caylee's grandmother, giving her the legal grounds to sue over the child's wrongful death.
"Absolutely, I would take a DNA test," Maclean said on her willingness to prove that Caylee is her granddaughter.
The identity of Caylee's biological father is one of the enduring mysteries of the case. There's even an online forum filled with speculation about who the father could be.
But MacLean says her son Michael told her he had a daughter with a woman in Florida named Casey. He was killed in a car accident in 2007.
