JFK Jr. Wanted Madonna to Portray His Mother on the Cover of His Magazine

Was the Material Girl supposed to portray a First Lady for the cover of a magazine? INSIDE EDITION reports on the magazine cover that JFK Jr. allegedly wanted for his magazine that had Madonna as his mother.
It's the photo sensation that never was, Madonna portraying Jackie Kennedy.
INSIDE EDITION created an image that shows how the Material Girl might have looked if she had gone through with a planned photo shoot for a magazine cover.
And if you think it's in bad taste that the controversial singer would pose as the revered First Lady, get this, the whole thing was the brainchild of John F. Kennedy Jr., Jackie's own son. Madonna dated John Jr. In the 1980s.
Years later, according to a new book by his former personal assistant, Romemarie Terenzio, John Jr. was brainstorming ideas for the new cover of his magazine, George.
"I think we should dress Madonna up as my mother," he told Terenzio. "Wouldn't that be a riot? We'll have her in a pillbox hat."
Warned that such a photo would cause uproar, John replied, "If it doesn't bother me, why should it bother anyone else?"
But the idea was too off-the-wall, even for Madonna.
She faxed this handwritten note, addressed to "Johnny boy," as she called him, saying, "Thanks for asking me to be your mother but I'm afraid I would never do her justice. My eyebrows aren't thick enough for one. Hope you're well. Love Madonna."
Terenzio was John Jr.'s assistant until his tragic death in a plane crash in 1999. Her new book about her boss, Fairy Tale Interrupted, is out later this month.
