Just 10 weeks after giving birth, Beyoncé showed off a flat stomach and a tiny waist and now INSIDE EDITION has learned how she did it.
Beyoncé wore a body-hugging blue Victoria Beckham dress to a fundraiser hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama in New York City. No one could believe how quickly the new mom's figure had bounced back.
What's the secret of her success?
The 30-year-old mom is said to be following a strict diet of protein shakes, egg white omelette's, pineapple chunks and lots of ice water.
There are reports that celebrity trainer Marco Borges has actually moved in with Beyoncé and is working her out twice a day for two hours at a time.
She's doing Pilates, running and a dancing regiment.
The intense workouts are designed to get her back in shape as she gets ready to perform again. She'll give her first live performance since having the baby in Atlantic City this Memorial Day.
Beyoncé's amazing body-after-baby even has the conspiracy theorists going again, whipping up those ridiculous rumors that her pregnancy was a fake.
One blogger wrote, "This woman was never pregnant."
Another wrote, "Fools please... Everyone knows she used a surrogate."
Sounds like they're just jealous over Beyoncé's amazing post-baby body.
