A high-speed chase was caught on police dashboard camera video. The driver swerved down a highway for twenty minutes at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour.
Behind the wheel was a 12-year-old boy...listen to what he said when he was finally stopped:
"What are you doing?" a cop asked him.
"I was trying to call my mom," he said.
"Trying to call your mom! Are you crazy, boy?" asked the cop.
Police say he's being held in a juvenile detention facility.
