Third Accuser Comes Forward Against John Travolta
John Travolta now faces allegations from a third man who says the actor made sexual advances toward him. Travolta is also denying the additional claim. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
A third man has come forward, making shocking allegations against superstar John Travolta.
Fabian Zanzi, a crewman on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, claims Travolta accosted him during a cruise.
"He said that I had something on my neck...When he got close to me, he took off his white robe and he was naked. He hugged me and asked me to give him a massage," Zanzi says.
He told a South American TV station Travolta offered him $12,000 for sex. He says the incident happened on board the vessel Enchantment of the Seas in June, 2009.
The trip made international headlines because the ship was quarantined over fears of a swine flu outbreak. Travolta and other passengers were stranded for 24 hours in the Central American nation of Belize.
INSIDE EDITION obtained video that shows Travolta disembarking the ship to fly home after the swine flu scare. His wife, Kelly Preston was not on the trip.
Travolta's lawyer is flatly denying Zanzi's story.
"This individual is simply hopping on the bandwagon by coming up with a story for the first time with something that supposedly happened three years ago," said Travolta's lawyer.
Royal Caribbean confirms Zanzi worked on the ship in 2009, but says he was a "room service phone operator" and not assigned to take care of VIPs as he claims. He resigned last year.
Meanwhile, Travolta's first accuser, John Doe #1, is changing his story. Travolta has conclusively proven that he was in New York City on the day he allegedly assaulted the masseur at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Now, John Doe #1 claims he was mistaken about the date. And there are reports that his attorney has dropped him from the lawsuit.
Legal expert Royal Oakes told INSIDE EDITION, "Getting the date wrong could have a devastating effect on the whole case. It's like a house of cards—it taints the credibility of the first accuser, of his lawyer, and the guy who joined the case as the second accuser."
And we're learning more about the lawyer behind the shocking lawsuits. Okorie Okorocha declared bankruptcy last year, saying he was $1.2 million in debt, and had only $50 in cash.
