Miss Pennsylvania Speaks Out

Miss Pennsylvania is sticking to her story that the Miss USA pageant was rigged. The pageant says her allegations are false. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
Miss Pennsylvania is sticking to her guns over her bombshell claim that the Miss USA pageant was rigged.
Sheena Monnin appeared on the Today show Friday, saying, "I feel that an injustice has been done, not only to the other people who were not in the top five, but to the thousands of pageant girls across the nation who compete."
Pageant owner, Donald Trump, said earlier that he was giving Miss Pennsylvania 24 hours to apologize, or else he'll sue, saying, "I think what she did was disgraceful, but all this is is loser's remorse."
After the Today show interview, pageant bosses told INSIDE EDITION, "The Miss Universe organization has filed legal action against Sheena Monnin, for her ongoing defamatory statements."
Monnin is taking on "The Donald," and not backing down from her claim that another contestant saw a list of the final five before the judging had even taken place.
"I knew the show must be rigged," she wrote on her Facebook page.
Monnin's claim that the fix was in outraged one of the Miss USA judges.
"She's disgracing her state right now," said Former Real Housewives of New York star, Cindy Barshop, who was a judge in the first round of the contest.
INSIDE EDITION asked Barshop, "Did you, or any of the other judges, partake in rigging this pageant?"
Barshop replied, "Absolutely not. I can even talk for all the judges because we even spoke the just after, saying 'this is the most ridiculous thing!'"
Meanwhile, the contestant who supposedly told Monnin about the final-five list, Miss Florida, now says she was joking.
Miss Florida says she did see a piece of paper with names on it, but was not clear what it was. "The list I saw didn't even have the eventual winner on it," she said.
