Miss USA Recreates Iconic Breakfast At Tiffany's Scene
INSIDE EDITION followed Miss USA as she fulfills her life-long dream of recreating an iconic scene from Breakfast at Tiffany's.
It's one of the most iconic scenes in film history—the opening of the classic Breakfast At Tiffany's. Audrey Hepburn, dressed in a long black evening gown and opera length gloves, gazes longingly through the window of Tiffany & Company.
Is Audrey Hepburn back? Not exactly... it's actually newly crowned Miss USA Olivia Culpo living out her ultimate fantasy.
It turns out, long before she won the crown she dreamed of recreating the classic scene. And INSIDE EDITION was there for her transformation.
Olivia's hair was teased and her face primed. Her long locks were swept up, as her lips were lined. Eyelashes were added, and her cheeks were blushed
"I'm really excited," said Culpo, "I don't know what I look like yet, but I'm about to find out."
A stylish brooch was pinned into her hair.
"Very cool," said Culpo.
Stylist Alisha Crutchfield added long strands of pearls and a chunky gold necklace over Culpo's fitted dress.
"I feel like Audrey Hepburn," said Culpo.
Ready for her close-up, Culpo arrived at Tiffany's in a New York City cab, just like Audrey Hepburn did in the movie.
Culpo recreated the scene she's watched over and over again since she was little girl.
"It's kind of my go-to when I'm feeling sad, because Holly Golightly—she goes through some hard times—But at the end, she ends up happy," said Culpo.
