Mick Jagger Biography Exceeds Imagination of Wild Life

A new biography on Mick Jagger reveals details that exceed the imagination on the rock star's wild life of sex, drugs and rock and roll. INSIDE EDITION speaks to the author of the shocking book.

A new biography of Mick Jagger exceeds anyone's imagination when it comes to Jagger's life of sex, drugs and rock and roll.

In Christopher Anderson's new book Mick: The Wild Life and Mad Genius of Jagger, the Rolling Stone's frontman is said to have slept with more than 4,000 women. 4,000! And that includes some very famous faces.

Anderson told INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent, "He's the world's number one hedonist. Some people pushed the envelope, and I think Mick Jagger has ripped it open."

Angelina Jolie, Madonna and the former first lady of France, Carla Bruni, are just a few of the names mentioned in the book. Anderson says Madonna was just a groupie when she hooked up with Jagger.

"The groupies were always swarming around Mick. And one of the more irritating ones, according to the other groupies in the circle in New York in the early 80s was a young lady named Madonna.

A young Angelina Jolie was an obsession of Jagger's after she appeared in a Rolling Stones music video. Anderson says Jolie ignored Jagger's calls for weeks, but then finally relented. And get this—while they were on a date, Jagger snuck away for a one night stand with Farrah Fawcett, the book claims.

Anderson said, "It was very brief, but what makes it fascinating is that it happened when Angelina Jolie and Mick were attending a party and he disappeared with Farrah."

Jagger has one particularly nasty habit that has made him lots of enemies. He loves to steal women away from other guys, including his good buddies.

"He stole Carly Simon away from James Taylor," said Anderson.

And he also lured Carla Bruni away from his pal, musical legend, Eric Clapton.

Jagger did have several long-term relationships, marrying Bianca Jagger and later, model Jerry Hall, but even then, he found it impossible to stay faithful, according to Anderson.

"Jerry Hall ultimately said Mick is a good man, he's a wonderful father, he just has to sleep with every girl that walks in the room," said Anderson.

One bombshell in the book is that Jagger's sexual appetite is insatiable. Anderson claims Jagger's had sexual encounters with guys, too.

"He had a relationship with David Bowie. It started in 1972. Actually Angie Bowie, David's wife, discovered them naked in bed together at one point."

Trent asked, "Is he, if you will, a practicing bisexual, or was this a passing fad?"

"Androgyny, bisexuality, all the sexual experimentation was not only accepted but encouraged. Especially if you're a rock star," said Anderson.

But while Jagger plays to adoring fans around the world, as he's done for 50 years, there is one thing he still hasn't found.

Anderson said, "Mick recently said, 'I've never truly been in love with anyone.' "
