Her ex-husband, Gabriel Aubry was seated rows in front of her. The two never looked at each other. It is expected to be a bitter custody battle that could take as long as three weeks.
Berry says it's become impossible to raise her four-year-old daughter, Nahla in Los Angeles because of the constant presence of the paparazzi.
A caught-on-tape confrontation will reportedly be used as evidence in court of Berry losing it with a photographer outside her daughter's school. That same photographer has been subpoenaed to testify by Berry's lawyer.
Berry's ex-husband, Gabriel Aubry, is fighting any attempt by Berry to move their biological daughter out of the country.
